What the website collects
The enquiry form may contain company, contact, project, product, quantity, location, timing and storage requirement details. Technical request data and security logs may also be processed. The language preference may be stored in browser local storage and a first-party preference cookie.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to reply to enquiries, prepare offers, cooperate and secure the website. Pre-contractual enquiries use GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where applicable; business correspondence and security use legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations use Article 6(1)(c) where applicable.
Retention and sharing
Unanswered or unsuccessful commercial enquiries are retained for no longer than 12 months from the last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing project, contract, legal obligation or legitimate dispute requires longer. Contractual records are retained for applicable legal obligations without inventing a fixed period. Hosting and technical processing may involve Vercel and other providers under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. Enquiries are sent through Zoho SMTP only when the server is configured; otherwise Preview drafts remain client-side and are not sent.
